The Outreach Ministry is all about reaching, assisting, helping, and mentoring people from all walks of life. Our Outreach Department operates a prison ministry within the Fairbanks Correctional Center, visits the Denali Center Nursing Home and conducts Bible Study at the local homeless shelter. Those within the walls of our hospitals are not forgotten, we have a licensed chaplain who serves our local hospitals.
The New Jerusalem Outreach Department continues to serve throughout the Fairbanks North Star Borough Community. We have begun to work with local law enforcement agencies by building, developing and providing education to individuals regarding crime prevention. In addition, we have participated with the ride-along program accompanying the State Troopers and the Fairbanks Police Department.
